Refund Policy

Last Updated: 29 Aug 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Speed Auto Clicker Pro. Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Your contract for the purchase is with the Paddle contracting entity identified for your location in Paddle's Buyer Terms (Paddle.com Market Limited, Paddle.com Inc., or Paddle.com (Canada) Ltd., depending on where you are buying from), which also apply.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Speed Auto Clicker Pro, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No reason is required. This applies to first-time purchases of a subscription or a one-time (lifetime) plan.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time using the management link in your Paddle receipt email; cancellation stops future charges, and your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling one subscription does not affect any other purchase you hold, and starting a new purchase does not cancel a subscription you already have — if you are unsure which purchases are active, write to us and we will check. Charges for a renewal period that has already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@speedclicker.app with the email address used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt number. You may also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days.

Pro Access After a Refund

An approved full refund ends the access that purchase paid for. An approved partial refund currently does not change your entitlement, though separate partial refunds that together return the whole purchase are treated as a full refund of it. If you hold another purchase that is still paid for — a separate subscription, or a lifetime plan — that one continues, and refunding one never cancels or refunds the other. A refund request on its own changes nothing until Paddle approves it. If Paddle later reverses or rejects an approved refund, we restore the access it had ended.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of evident abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or where a refund request falls outside the periods described above. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived are unaffected by this policy.
